Creating an unforgettable experience for 40,000 attendees of the Woman Evolve Conference at Globe Life Field came with unique challenges.

With a packed lineup of guest speakers, multi-speaker panels, and live music performances, IRise needed to capture the scale and excitement of the event while keeping the stadium floor clear for 10,000 seats and open pathways for attendees. Traditional setups would have taken up too much space, so they needed an alternative that offered greater flexibility in a smaller footprint.聽
