The Challenge

As a reflection of the corporate world’s move away from integrated meeting solutions to full video production, AVIXA sought to dynamically demonstrate the potential of AV technology outside of traditional broadcasting. They wanted to educate attendees on the wide range of broadcast technologies and how they could be used in parallel applications, such as corporate events and communication. While they had TV studios on the show floor before, they wanted to aim higher and captivate attendees with an immersive, high-quality production that reflected the advanced nature of the industry.Ìý

The Solution

In collaboration with 91ÌÒÉ«, AVIXA introduced an interactive, compelling experience at Infocomm 2024 with their live virtual TV studio on the booth. 91ÌÒÉ«’s expertise was instrumental in designing a studio that utilized augmented reality graphics, green screens, and Ross’ trackless Voyager system, creating an immersive environment for learning, interactive demonstrations, and interviews. Seven live shows were recorded, produced, and streamed live from the TV studio on the booth, bringing the experience to audiences globally.ÌýÌý

This partnership allowed AVIXA to seamlessly blend educational content with practical demonstrations, effectively demystifying the technology for attendees and illustrating its accessibility and ease of integration into non-traditional broadcast applications.
