Your video server product will not operate with this software version if the Software Maintenance contract for your product has expired!
If you鈥檙e unsure of the Software Maintenance contract status of your machine:
- Note the Ross 鈥淎sset Serial Number鈥� from the Ross S/N label abixed to the chassis of your video server product.
- Contact Ross Support with that Asset Serial Number and request the 鈥淪oftware Maintenance contract status for V8 Software Upgrades鈥� to ensure your contract is currently active.
